The compressor stations comprise the following main process equipment:
- turbocompressor units, gas-transfer turbocompressor packages or piston compressor units;
- scrubbers
- fuel, start and power gas treatment units
- inlet separators
- fine cleaning separators
- filter-separators
- air cooling equipment for gas
- pig launcher and receiver stations
- cylindrical pressure vessels for gaseous and liquid mediums
- oversized stamping-welded articles
- vessels;
- control and shut-off valves;
- control system, based on new generation microprocessors.
The stations are delivered to Customer with a full range of auxiliary systems and equipment for all climatic zones:
- heat supply system;
- oil supply system;
- flare system;
- inert gas supply system;
- forced air ventilation system for units;
- unit for preparation of impulse and instruments air;
- valves and so on.
Block-container design version and equipment delivery of full factory readiness make possible to perform erection and mounting works using industrial methods of construction and to minimize terms for the compressor station commissioning. The station equipment can be delivered by railway, river and special motor transport.
At present the compressor stations produced by JSC Sumy Frunze NPO are being operated successfully in Ukraine, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Iran and other countries.
JSC Sumy Frunze NPO has corresponding licenses for the right of:
- design, development and manufacture of compressor stations and units;
- equipment erection, starting-up, adjustment and commissioning;
- equipment repair.
- equipment erection, starting-up, adjustment and project commissioning on turnkey basis;
- maintenance and repair of equipment;
- guarantee and post-guarantee maintenance;
- equipment operation supervision;
- operating personnel training.
