Production of pumping equipment,
including that for nuclear power stations

Pumping equipment manufactured by the JSC Sumy Frunze NPO is quite varied. The Company is a principal supplier of special pumping equipment for all units of nuclear power stations. Among the items listed as unique equipment are the GCN-195M reactor coolant pumps as well as a wide range of NPS secondary circuit pumps (feed, condensate, circulating reactor cooling pumps, etc).

Company-made pumping equipment is currently used by nuclear power stations in Russia, Ukraine, Finland, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Cuba, Armenia, Lithuania.

Liquid-packed ring vacuum pumps and compressors and rotary pumps are designed for different branches of industry. They are made of carbon and stainless steels, and titanium alloys. These pumps are highly reliable and easy to handle.

A wide range of centrifugal pumps are manufactured for the chemical industry. These pumps are made of titanium alloys, that provides their usage for high-aggressive media.

CPN-type mud pumps have been launched into production for metallurgical and cement enterprises.

NSSH-type pumps are designed for shaft spillway in coal-mining industry.

The Company has available up-to-date equipment and highly-skilled specialists that permit to solve any problems. Modern universal testing benches provide different research works during pumps designing and assembling.

To improve the products quality the Company has laboratory basis for chemical, physical and metallographic analysis. All pumps are of high rate unification and can be modified according to Customer’s requirements. Modification covers applied materials, drive, seals, journal bearings etc.
