Compressors for gas-filling stations

Designed for natural gas compression up to pressure of 250 MPa and are incorporated in automatic gas refueling compressor stations (AGRKS). Compressed natural gas is used as motor fuel for vehicle fueling.

Design version of compressors is piston, on opposite 2M2.5, 4M2.5 and W-figurative 6GSh1.6, 4GSh1.6, 2GSh1.6 bases.

The compressors are installed in close heated container.

Moving mechanism lubrication is of circulating pressured type by gear-type pump. The lubrication of cylinders and rod sealing units is forced by multiplunger pumps.

Cylinders cooling system is, closed, forced. Antifreeze serves as cooling liquid. Interstage gas cooling is air.

Automated control, check and protection system is a part of AGNKS station control system and ensures main parameters control, preventive and emergency signaling as well as drive motor interlock.
