JSC «Sumy Frunze NPO» shares the principles of social responsibility that have been adopted in most developed countries, and seeks to apply them in practice in all spheres of its activity.
The establishment of appropriate working and living conditions, recreation and health staff, sports development, supporting pensioners and veterans are important factors in strengthening and developing of the main capital of the company - the working group, and significant components of successful development of the company in the future.

Caring about people, about their health and recreation always is and will be the major focus of social policy, because the health of employees - is the main capital of the company.

Stable operation of the Company depends on the coherence of the relationship between the Board of JSC and the workforce, the aspirations which are social organizations, in the first place - the trade unions. For almost a century of its existence the trade union organization has accumulated significant experience of cooperation with employers on creating an enabling environment, safety, wages, organizing and conducting recreational activities.

The Council of veterans' organizations, women's soviet, the Red Cross Organization are making their contribution to the solution of social questions of JSC employees. Much attention is paid to personnel policies, processes of youth education and training. Since 2004, the Youth Association has been working in the Company. («Chayka») health centre for children, sanatorium-preventorium are in the possession of employees. Every summer the children of employees go on vacation to the Black and Azov Seas. For over 50 years hundreds of talented workers participate in the clubs and creative groups of the Palace of Culture of JSC «Sumy Frunze NPO». Many of these groups are well-known in Ukraine and abroad. They are active participants in city, regional, national events, competitions and other creative activities.
