Drill collars and kellys production
"Drill Collars and Kellys Plant" Subsidiary Enterprise was founded in 1988. It is unique specialized enterprise utilized high-technological equipment with closed cycle of production from melting to manufacture the ready-made products.
The plant manufactures Drill Collars and Kellys for drilling to extract gas and oil and also for geophysical surveying at all climatic zones.
The plant includes the following productions:
- steel-foundry;
- forge-thermal;
- mechanical machining.
The production process of manufacturing guarantees high quality and reliability of our products. The enterprise has the Certificate giving the right to use API official monogram when manufacturing Drill Collars and Kellys according to requirements of API, specification 7.
The quality system valid in the enterprise fully corresponds to the international standard ISO 9001, which is confirmed by the Certificate of Approval, granted by the international certification body Bureau Veritas Quality International.
