The electrowelding machine TES-20-89 is designed for production of welded water and gas delivery pipes made of carbon steel. Pipe manufacturing is obtained from sheet strip reeled in coils.
This machine has the uncoiling device and strip accumulator, which allow to make pipe manufacturing process continuous. By successive passing through forming rollers strip is gradually formed into a pipe, the longitudinal seam of which is welded in the welding unit. After the calibrating mill the flying saw cutting pipes for specified length is set.
