As integral parts of process lines for large-capacity ammonia production with the output of 200 thousand tons a year 4GM40-35/23-325 compressors are designed for compression of nitrogen and nitrogen and hydrogen mixture.
Compressors 4GM16-100/200M and 6GM16-150/1.1-201 are designed for carbon dioxide compression in carbamide production.
Design version of compressors is piston, horizontal, four-, five- and six-stage on opposite 4M16, 6M16 and 4M40 bases with synchronous electric motor as a drive.
Moving mechanism lubrication is of circulating forced type. The lubrication of cylinders and rod sealing units is forced by multiplunger pumps.
Cooling is water with close drainage.
Compressors are equipped with automatic control system ensuring compressor remote start and stop.
