Compressors for polyethylene production
The compressors are designed for ethylene compression at the process lines of "Polymir" type for low-density polyethylene production by method of superhigh pressure.
The compressors are four-row, two- and three-stage on the opposite 4M16 and 4M40 bases.
Moving mechanism lubrication is of circulating forced type. The lubrication of cylinders and rod sealing units is forced by multiplunger pumps.
Cooling is water with close drainage.
Compressors are equipped with automatic control system ensuring compressor remote start and stop, preventive and emergency signaling as well as drive motor interlock when parameters deviate from specified values.
