We manufacture equipment for casting, stacking, binding and handling of aluminium ingots. Ingot Casting and Packing Line consists of the following equipment: Pouring Unit Casting Conveyor Unloading mechanism Manipulator Swivel Table with Pusher Accumulating Conveyor Automation System One ingot weighs 15 kg. Empty Ingot molds are pre-heated with gas, ingot mold with liquid aluminium are water-cooled.
Gas Fired Furnace (Mixer) is designed to receive liquid aluminium from Pot Room and its pouring onto the casting conveyor. Metal temperature is 760°C.
Bridge Cranes with load-lifting capacity of 20/5 tons are designed for smelt metal handling.
